South Africa lifts Zambia Yellow Fever vaccination requirement

This decision was made when the World Health Organisation recently amended the Yellow Fever status of Zambia to a low risk area. This prompted South Africa to lift the requirement of presenting a valid vaccination certificate when entering the country from Zambia. For people travelling to South Africa from Zambia in the near future it might be a good idea to check the current status about 2 months before travelling as things do change often and quickly here in Africa. This will be a huge relief to our clients as our very popular Nature Travel Namibia Etosha, Caprivi, Chobe and Victoria Falls Safari end in Livingstone, Zambia from where most people fly to Johannesburg, South Africa for their onward international flights.
